All Rules apply to everyone, including staff members. There will be no exceptions!

GENERAL RULES

[/b] RESPECT OTHERS It is quite simple, do not disrespect others. This means respect staff members, members, and guests. This also means respect their beliefs and opinions. We can all get along here, it just starts with respect.

2A KEEP IT APPROPRIATE If an admin finds a subject too inappropriate then they reserve the right to ask members to change the subject or take it to private message. This means keep the chat box PG-13.

3A NO SPAMMING Spamming is loads of messages that mean absolutely nothing. It does not look nice and gets rather annoying. This also means, no advertising in the chat box or anywhere else on the website except in the advertisement board!

4A ACTIVITY You are expected to be active. This doesn't mean being on ALL the time, however it is annoying when someone starts posting and disappears. If your going to be gone then please post in the Hiatus board. Also, do not join and then randomly disappear after claiming a character. It is unfair for others who would like that character.

CHARACTER RULES

[/b] PERFECT CHARACTERS This is a simple rule to follow, nobody is perfect and neither are the characters.

2B CANONS If you have a canon character, stick to it. England can't cook and that is how it will remain. Do not change canons! As for male/female counterparts, stick to the canon personality! If England can't cook, neither can his counterpart.

3B COUNTERPARTS Male/Female counterparts are part of the plot therefore they are allowed.

4B ORIGINAL CHARACTERS OC's are allowed as well as their counterparts. However if they are an OC please point out if they are a counterpart or the original country.

5B APPLICATIONS You have five days to finish your application. After the five days your application will be moved and the character will be open for someone else to take. However life does get chaotic for everyone, so you are allowed to ask for more time.

6B AMMOUNT You may only have up to three characters, You may not claim both a country and their female counterpart (EX: England and Fem!England). You may not claim two characters if they are supposed to be in some type of close relationship with one another.

POSTING/THREAD RULES

[/b] WORD COUNT We do have a Word Count at My Little Blue Bird. I will not be picky as long as you get as close to the requirement of words needed. In each post you need at least 200 words.

2C M-RATED POSTS Another simple rule, if it's over PG-13 please put a warning in the title of the thread. I don't want to click on a thread and see something I don't want to see.

PROFILE RULES

[/b] DISPLAY NAMES Display names must be of the countrie's human name. If you are a counterpart please check here for the names. If you still don't have one then please give your character a name.

2D PROFILE PICTURES Since there are not official art for all counterparts, you are allowed to not use pictures. However all graphics used must be appropriate. If they aren't appropriate they will immediately be taken down.

3D PER ACCOUNT One character per account. You may only have three accounts meaning only three characters. There are no exceptions for admins.
