Sample Post:
New Zealand smiled just a little. If she needed to remind anyone of anything, she would be willing to speak up. In the past she hasn't been afraid to speak up for herself, to defend her people. She's wasn't the type to be scared of what everyone thought. She helped the United States with the Vietnam War. This was a highly controversial action and left the world with something to talk about. Kura didn't care about what they were saying, she felt it had to be done. So if she had to remind someone of a topic that didn't involve military action, well she would say it, just a lot more gently. If the situation changed, New Zealand would too. She felt in this situation, she was safe to start trying to be positive again, to show that life could move on and mental damage could heal.
It would be impossible to not feel guilty. She has gone to war before, she's seen the musket wars in her own homeland, the land wars, world war one, world war two, the Vietnam war, and now World War Three. She's watched people fall to their knees, she's seen people die before and the fact that she couldn't die the way they did had would always be there, she would feel guilty, it was a natural emotion. The trick was though was to not let it destroy your life. Eventually the kiwi would move on from this, she would never forget but life was hard and her own country needed her not to feel guilty. Netherlands was ultimately right, it wasn't her fault and she didn't need guilt plaguing her mind. "Thank you," she finally responded.
Kura completely forgot what he had said and instantly concentrated on being worried for him. It was only one cough, but one cough could lead to the next and that took out so much energy. "Are you alright? Do you need water?" She stared at him for a moment awaiting a response.
"Well," New Zealand started. "They can't turn away from the fact that you can't control your boss forever. They should know very well that nobody can control their boss here, especially in war." The island nation strongly hoped that the other countries would show mercy on their opinions of others, sometimes things got personal though and it was hard to tell if someone was attacking because they want too or because they were told too.
She kept her hand on his, "It's alright, It just feels good to know that someone would do this for me if it happened to me." Kura couldn't see anything like this happening to her, at all. But it was nice to know what someone would go through because they care about you.
