A bright and sunny day, the perfect day in Anya's mind. It had been quite some time since she could have some time alone, and who could pass up a nice long walk on a day like this? Certainly not this Russian. She had seen far too many days of a frozen land to not take advantage of the moment.
This part of the meadow seemed to be beautiful all the time. Nice, clean, untouched by the wicked hand of polution from the city. It was sweet and innocent in nature never to expirence the harsh hand many seemed to have when it came to nature. Perhaps it would stay like this forever? Anya doubted it though, some how someone would come by here needing something. After that it was like a chain reaction, once someone took something they needed they would need it again and again and continue coming back for it.
It was getting too warm for such a heavy trench coat. Slowly Anya slipped out of it revieling a white, long sleeved shirt. 'I am alone,'
she thought to herself as she rolled her sleeves up. 'Besides, I want to enjoy this sun.' Along with the white, long sleeved shirt Anya wore a pare of black leggings and boots. Like the jacket though, she slipped out of the boots placing them down to the side. The Russian gazed over the meadow closley examining the splotches of purple and yellow mixing with different shades of light green. The sun's rays softly brushed through the tree tops leaving different spots of shade and sunshine. She slowly made her way through the flowers without wondering if anyone was watching. Anya partly wished someone would see her, she didn't have many friends and life got lonely that way. Anya sat for a moment gazing over at some of the more shady parts of the trees that lined the meadow and after seeing nothing the girl layed down in the grass staring up at the sky as fluffy white clouds rolled by. It didn't take long for Anya to lose herself in thought. It wasn't as if there were thoughts such as war or a bad economy stuck in her mind, this was her time to rest and not worry. Though she did feel rather lonely, but that seemed to be one emotion that never left causing thoughts that always dwelt in her mind. She wanted people to be around her and she wasn't afraid to make that happen, one way or another she was convinced it someday would.
Anya's eyes slowly opened, she had thought she heard something moving. She hoped someone had come out today, it was such a beautiful meadow that it would be a shame if someone just passed by without a second thought. 'I wonder if anyone could see me when I'm laying down...'
she pondered. Her thoughts were interrupted though by a bump, and it wasn't the type of bump someone could push out of their head, especially since it interrupted her train of thoughts. This partly bothered her, that someone would be so careless and trip over her but in another way she hopped that it was someone she knew, perhaps someone who came to the meadow. Anya sat up looking over at the body that had fallen. At first she didn't recognize the other woman, but it didn't take that long for her to realize who she was. "Privet, Amelia," she greeted with a sweet smile that looked natural on her face yet that extra feeling she gave others never seemed to leave despite how much she smiled. Laying in the tall grass was dangerous? That sounded quite ridiculous actually. Grass and flowers couldn't harm anyone, well unless you put explosives and landmines under neath the meadow. With some of the things people come up with to fight a war was actually quite interesting, someone could make something that seemed beautiful, innocent, and harmless into their enemy's worse nightmare. In war you had to be careful, though it seemed to always be like that. If someone was careless then they would be killed. It didn't matter who your opponent was, you always had to fight like they had the potential to beat you because if you didn't and started getting lazy, you could lose.
"It is not dangerous, you should be more careful,"
she explained to her. Anya was quite relaxed right now actually, rather then feeling annoyed or angered that she got tripped over. Although history spoke otherwise, Anya enjoyed running into Amelia, well in this case Amelia ran into Anya. The Russian blinked a few times at the finger. "It's impolite to point," she informed. "Da," Anya answered. What was different was Anya wasn't wearing her trench coat for a change. She wouldn't be able to enjoy the sun on her skin if she had it on. "I'm not wearing my coat," she pointed out. Or perhaps she spotted something else was different? She wouldn't see why she would though since she hadn't changed anything else about herself. [/blockquote]
